I haven't really seen too many individuals who manage to keep it off (at least in the long term). I know I gained weight after I started dating my previous girlfriend, and now that we're no longer dating, I've started to lose that weight again. Amazing how that works. I’ll agree with you there. Once you get married, the will AND the ability to controll weight gain is lost. Once I got married, I gained (what I call) the obligitory 50 pounds.
