Things are beginning to wrap up for the end of the year, and I feel like it’s about time I start running around frantically trying to get everything done. The only problem with this is that the more and more I run around frantically trying to get lots done the less I actually get done and the more exhausted and stressed I make myself. So I’ve decided it’s time for a game plan. I need to just tackle one thing at a time and set some goals that are reasonable and won’t kill me. So right now, I’ve got two tests next week which I really need to study for, and I’ll set a goal to have a good deal of studying done by Friday. To make that a little more definite, I’ll go ahead and state to the world that I hope to have all the material covered and looked over at least once before Friday. If I’m able to do that, that would be quite an impressive feat, and I’d feel so much better about the two battles I will be fighting next week.

It’s times like these, however, that really make me wish there was some equivalent to the style of learning found in the Matrix. I mean it would be rather sweet to absorb volumes upon volumes of information in the amount of time it takes to transfer it from a computer. Yeah, that would be pretty sweet, and there are more than a few handfuls of things that I’d be interested in learning about. I’m sure that most of you don’t care, but there could be about 1 to 1.5 people out there who are interested in the things that I’d be interested in learning, and so, I’m going to tell you! Now I will refer you to my list of the Top 10 Things I’d Learn:
Top 10 Things I’d Learn
- How many licks it takes to get to the center of a tootsie roll pop.
- What the Statue of Liberty is wearing under that toga.
- Why Febreze is so addicting.
- Why so many things “taste like chicken”.
- Who put the bop in the bop sh-bop sh-bop?
- How there can be two sequels to a movie called “Final Destination”.
- Who thought the Pontiac Aztec was a good design and idea.
- What women want! (just like Mel Gibson in the movie “What Women Want”)
- Why nobody can figure out that Clark Kent is Superman!
- Where is The North Pole? (the one where Santa Claus lives!)

On a lighter and happier note, I am really looking forward to the Franz Ferdinand and Death Cab For Cutie concert that I’ll be attending in Cameron Indoor stadium on Friday. It’s going to be awesome! I’m not too sure how well suited the acoustics of Cameron Indoor are for a musical venue, but I guess I’ll find out on Friday. It shouldn’t really matter too much because even if it isn’t ideally suited for the concert it should still be an awesome experience! I guess I’ll have more on that experience after Friday’s concert, but until then, you can bet for sure that I’ll be looking forward to it!
